BROKERS REMARKS
4TH QUARTER has been a coastal day fishing boat in Pompano Beach area for several years. She runs great! The owner is serious about downsizing and has priced it to sell promptly. This spec sheet is in progress and more details will be added soon. Port engine replaced at 500 hrs. Starboard engine rebuilt at 1500 hrs. HR meter reading is currently 5300.
BRIDGE
Great flybridge for cruising or fishing. Two helm/ navigator seats with great view in all directions. Seating on port and in front of the helm console. Factory fiberglass hardtop with 3-sided enclosure. Overhead electronics/ radio boxes in addition to the 2 navigation system enclosures on the console, new.
COCKPIT
Great cockpit of 144 square feet with fiberglass, nonskid sole and transom door. Lift out fish box with macerator, storage hatches. Tackle center with bait freezer, bait well and sink to port. Direct access to the engine room on centerline. Custom made cockpit cover for the flybridge to the transom with shock cord and pins system.
